A man who was injured in car crash last year allegedly caused by Yankee Ace Carl Pavano is suing Pavano and the Yankees. The man is from Florida, which is also where the crash occurred. Where do you think this man has filed suit?
The Bronx. Is this guy stupid or what, its not like he has jurisdiction issues with bring suit in Florida against the Bronx Bombers. The Yankees are headquartered there. Stupid play of the week. His next suit is against Tom Osbourne in Lincoln Nebraska.
