The NYPD Blue shot a teenager this which who was pretending to have a gun. I am not questioning their actions or the suicide by cop intentions of the departed. But come on cops, twenty shots at close range and only eight hit the suspect. Several years ago the three Port Authority cops fired 81 shots in the subway and not a single bullet hit the suspect. The NYPD needs to go back to qualification school or switch to shotguns.
