Country Music has gone off the deep end. First of all the number one act is Kenny Chesney who basically has stolen Jimmy Buffet's show. The top female right now is Carrie Underwood, if you remember she won American Idol two seasons ago. Where is today's Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. I have started listening to some Texas and Oklahoma bands, they are technically Alternative country since they have some southern rock influence. Country has gotten so obscure that a redneck comedian wrote a parody called "show them to me." A patriotic song about women flashing their breasts. Check the following post stolen off you tube with the song done to video clips from movies.

1: Even if she was on American Idol, Carrie Underwood is still fucking hot.
