There is an article on Yahoo written by Jeffrey O'Brien of Fortune Magazine. It is about Zillow.com, for my uneducated friends, Zillow is a website started by the great minds that brought us Expedia. Zillow is a real estate site, that shows how much your homes is worth, comps in the neighborhood, recent sales, trends and homes for sale. Now for my readers in the Dakotas, you might be out of luck, they are probably not listed, but a large percentage of the country is. It is like going down to the courthouse and seeing how much your neighbors home is worth, except you don't have to put on clothes or leave the comforts of your own home. The following quote sums it up the best. "Caught red handed in a loop of real estate yuppie porn" Everyone wants to know what their house is worth and how much their neighbors are worth. Also people can edit the info on their own house to watch their price rise. I wonder is the County Assesors check that information... Check out the following story.

I'm surprised you don't mention Las Vegas condos in this post. I wonder how this website handles something like that.
